Our
normal set up time is between 1 and 2 hours
although this would depend on which Espree Option
or Package you decide to book. We would liaise
with your venue to find a time which is suitable
to set-up; this is usually either before the
event starts or when the venue clears down a
room after the meal and speeches have been completed.
In exceptional cases an early set-up fee is
charged although we always try to accommodate
the client's wishes without incurring additional
charges to the original quote. |
